Delete your cloud identity

Open Flo → Settings → Privacy & terms → Account. Choose the cloud identity or account deletion action, review it, and confirm. Guest identities do not require an email or password. Existing email accounts may need recent authentication.

Flo requests removal of the associated RevenueCat customer record and deletes the Firebase identity. Provider deletion can take time. If a step fails, the app reports that deletion has not completed; retry or contact support@flocaptions.com.

You may also request deletion through support@flocaptions.com. We will verify control of the relevant device identity or purchase before acting. Never send passwords, tokens, payment-card details, or your video.

Separate controls

• Erase local project data in Privacy settings to remove app-owned drafts, imported copies, and temporary exports.
• Withdraw cloud permission to stop new AI uploads.
• Cancel store renewal through the subscription-management link; deleting an identity does not cancel it.
• Remove copies saved to your library or shared elsewhere separately.

Usage, security, duplicate-protection, purchase, or legally required records may be retained for their stated purposes. Submitted feedback has a separate retention schedule; include its report reference when requesting deletion. See the Privacy policy for details.
